Reservation required- At least 5 days before the lesson – the limited number of participants. If an existing reservation is cancelled, it may become possible to book a reservation up to the day before the lesson. The lessons accept all levels. (first timer as well) For guests of skiers aged 4 years and over. Lift fees during the lesson are included in the lesson fee. The prices of group are for group, not per person. In case of level differences in the group, the lesson will be matched to the guest of the lowest level. An additional 2,000 yen will be added to the lesson fee if you request a specific instructor. The guest who rent equipment, please aririve at the rental shop before 1 hour of your lesson. Please let us know via email if you will be late. welcome-ban.k@bankei.co.jp Even if the lesson starts late due to tardiness or time spent on pre-lesson preparations, the lesson will still conclude at the scheduled end time.

●A separate rental fee will be charge for renting skis and clothing.
●All lessons include accident insurance with standard coverage.
　　(Daily outpatient benefit: 900 yen. Daily hospitalization benefit: 1,500 yen)
　　※Coverage applies to injuries sustained during a lesson;
　　　a formal report must be filed at the patrol room together with the assigned instructor.
　　※We recommend taking out personal insurance to prepare for any unforeseen circumstances.

Payment
Lesson fees and equipment rental fees are to be paid by credit card at the time of booking the lesson.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been completed.

Cancellation Policy
Up to 23:59 (Japan Time) 5 days before the lesson: Full refund(lesson fee and rental equipment fee).
From 00:00 (Japan Time) 4 days prior to the lesson until the day of the lesson: No refund (full amount non-refundable=lesson fee and rental equipment fee).
※Changes cannot be made to reserved rental equipment.
　To add rental items not included in your original reservation, please request them and make the payment at the rental shop cashier counter on the day of your visit.
